How We Rate
Last updated: November 2, 2026
This page explains how Playfield Review assesses betting operators. We rely on public regulator records, the operator's published terms and our own review of its website and app. We do not currently place real-money bets or deposits for our reviews, and each review says when something could not be checked.
What we look at
- Licensing: licensing is not part of our assessment at this time and we do not vouch for any operator's licence. Check it with your state gaming regulator before you sign up.
- Bonus and promotion terms: wagering or play-through conditions, deadlines, eligible markets and exclusions.
- Payments: published deposit and withdrawal methods, limits, fees and processing times.
- Player protection: deposit and loss limits, cool-off, self-exclusion and links to help.
- Markets and odds: range of sports and bet types, as published.
- Support and usability: contact options and how clear the site and app are.
Commercial relationships
Our ratings are editorial judgments and are not influenced by any commercial relationship. If we add advertising or affiliate partnerships, we will disclose them clearly. Readers should confirm an operator's licence with their state gaming regulator before signing up.
