Our responsibility is to our readers. This page explains how we decide what to publish and how we keep our work accurate.

Independence

Decisions about what we cover and how we cover it are made by our editors, not by advertisers or partners.
We do not sell positions in rankings and do not accept payment for favourable coverage.
If we add advertising or affiliate partnerships, they will be disclosed and will not change our assessments.

Accuracy and sourcing

We check claims against more than one source where practical and link to or name our sources.
Allegations are described as allegations, using language that does not assume they are true.
Opinion pieces are labelled as opinion.

Reviews and assessments

Our assessments are based on public information, the operator's published terms and our own review of its website. We do not currently place real-money bets for reviews, and each review says when something could not be checked.
Criteria are described on our How We Rate page.
We review our pages at least once a year and whenever terms or rules change.

Betting content

We never present betting as a way to earn income.
Our content is for people aged 21 or over and carries a link to help resources; see our Responsible Gambling page.
Odds, offers and rules change quickly. Readers should confirm current terms and the rules in their state before betting.

Corrections

When we find an error, we correct it promptly and note significant changes at the bottom of the article. Report errors to [email protected].

Conflicts of interest

Contributors disclose financial, professional or personal ties to companies they cover. Where a tie exists, the contributor does not write that coverage. Relevant disclosures appear in the article.

Use of AI

We may use AI tools for research assistance, translation or grammar. A person writes, checks and takes responsibility for every published article.
